  You can buy AV cables with ground, I would recommend getting a turntable with a built in phono though. I had too many issues with my first one and paid stupid money for it

    Also make sure the cables are shielded. Bought some unshielded ones before and had a bad time.

    Yes, having an in-built phono preamp stops creating hum. But if you wanna upgrade, just run a ground cable to the mains, it’ll get rid of the excess electricity and in turn removes the hum noise.
