  • just like a GPS but without needing batteries ;)

    +1 for the description :)

It's called a cigarette lighter, something nearly every car comes with. The only battery needed is the one in the car!

  • Does the melway really cost that much normally?

Much higher than maps in other states ($30 at full price).

  • I can't believe there's been 4 comments and not one mention of Apple Maps.

+1 for the description, although you left off "matte, non-reflective screen that can be easily read in full sunlight".

Also, in an emergency, less interesting suburbs can be uninstalled and used as bumwad.

  • is pick-up possible?

i wonder how many others have extended their click frenzy offers?

  • No love for Sydneysiders ???

A bit out of date (2013 edition must be out soon if it isn't out already), so it might be missing some of the newest subdivisions… but I recommend staying well away from new subdivisions anyway!

      Hence why its discounted !!!

Yep, better not to encourage any more traffic their way. They can't get out of their streets (parking lots) anyway ;-) 2013 is already out but this is a good deal for people who still know how to operate a book ;-)

  • There are many news shops in Melbourne CBD intersections selling them for $24.95 if you are in a hurry!
