  Worst provider for the Sydney area. Had them for 1 month on their 365 plan. Dropouts galore, not full Optus network. reception terrible. 1-2 bars almost everywhere except middle of each city. Swapped phones and SIM as they asked and same issue.
  Ended up cancelling the service and got a full refund.
