6 months after activating the Pre-Paid mobile service, the Unlocking fee for all prepaid mobiles is $27.50.

I have got the same phone from Telstra… Only 1 month old…. I contacted them and they said their unlocking fee is $27. They did not mention any condition about prepaid service being 6 months old.
