I spotted this scented candle with plenty of stock at IKEA Springvale for 20 cents. The website says $1. It was 20 cents online about three weeks ago. Springvale also has another 20hrs scented candle for 50 cents. I don't know if it's nationwide.

  whats the wax composition ? soy or beeswax or ?

    soy wax, paraffin wax but I reckon most likely more paraffin wax
