Those posts are about note II mate.

    • +2

Both of those are 3G N7100 Note II deals, this is a 4G i9305 S3 deal. What comparison are you trying to make exactly?

    • +1

The OP has got a price for the Galaxy S3, not the note

    • +1

errr you linked to 2 Note II ones which is not the GS3

edit: ok i was a bit late

  • Which is better Samsung Galaxy S3 i9305 4G OR Samsung GALAXY Note II N7100 ?

    • +1

I think the Samsung Galaxy S4 i9400 3G is better.

Ok. The Note 2 is "better" if you want a bigger screen and don't have 4G access anyway.

Otherwise the S3 is "better" if you want a smaller screen. Specs are slightly lower on a S3 but it's more than enough for the average user.

It depends on what you do mostly. If you do lots of apps and reading but little talk then go for the Note II. If you do alot of txt, phone, and apps then the S3. They're both top of the line phones so great for media and apps.

You really need to make peace with the size of a Note II. I put a cut out of the shape and size (paper) on my desk to see if I could live with it after a few days.

4G is still up in the air for me. I've heard it uses alot of battery and I can live with 'good 3G' speed most of the time anyway (till a few months ago there wasn't a 4G choice other than Telstra).

    • +1, I reckon s3 4g is better than note.
TBH I don't need that big screen in my pocket. Spec wise, they are similar (due to ram upgrade on 4g version of s3)

    • The Note 4G is much cheaper - $509 + $18.80 Shipping. This the Note not the Note 2, and it's only the white model that is available at this price. Black/Blue Note 4G is $599 and the Note 2 4G is $723.

  • too bad its only white

  • Is there anyway of getting this deal if I ordered for full price about 3 hours ago?

    • +2

I have been told I can cancel my order and re-order at the new price, thanks Uniquemobiles :)

  • anyone know what uniquemobiles payment details come through as on the credit card statement?

thinking ahead for shopper protection on 28 degrees card as it needs to be an australian store

    • Not sure if this will help, but I actually just spoke to 28 Degrees Shoppers Insurance hotline on the phone 5 mins ago to find out more.

I asked them if I could claim from a website like Kogan who don't charge GST, but are an "Australian website".

Answer: As long as they have an ABN, have a website like kogan.com.au and they are Australian then it's fine.

I don't know if Kogan have an ABN… I don't know about Uniquemobiles either.

      • Both do, but it won't appear on your receipt.

  • No 32GB version?

  • Rep, is this model compatible with the Telstra, Optus or future Vodafone 4G frequencies given this is mostly likely a Hong Kong model?

Edit: I've got the answer from the OP link:
    4G Network: 1800 (Telstra, Optus)

  • How about a good deal on the S3 3g handsets?

    • +1

Preferably both import direct and AU stock.

I'm tired of dealing with 1yr crap warranties, and I'm willing to pay more to get what I want.

Just a cheap ass hong kong phone or the actual thing?

  • +1

Any chance on getting a deal on the Black S3 4G rep?

  • Any deals for the Nokia 808?

Just curious if you're going to do any deals on the newly listed Nokia Lumia 920 on your website? ;)
