Cashback exclusions

Cashback is capped at $30

These items are not eligible for Cashback:

  • Priority Orders (including but not limited to RightSign COVID19 Antigen Test Self Test 5 Pack)
  • Schedule 3 (S3) Medicines which are drugs that can only be dispense by pharmacist
  • Purchases through the Chemist Warehouse Mobile App

We calculate Cashback based on the purchase price, excluding:

  • Fees
  • Taxes
  • Shipping and delivery fees

This offer is not valid together with:

  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit redemption
  • Other store deals unless otherwise stated
  • Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated
  • Promos or Vouchers not featured on ShopBack

    Ffs why cant it just be a simple 15% cb with fixed cap as usual… SB keeps tryna up the ante to split up the difficulty unnecessarily for cb to be approved hoping it’ll fukc up and they win.

          Previous trip.com 7% flight + 5% westpac bonus is NOT tracked after several days (only tracked as normal 1%), contact your support, no response after 1 week…
