Edit: Please be mindful when receiving your shipment. Some users have commented that they have received theirs as a grey import in used condition.

Edit 2: As per a few replies to this post, you may have some luck calling Catch with your order/RMA number and requesting a partial refund. Some users including myself were successful in receiving $100 back without having to return the device.

    Update: Following the comments above about partial refund, I requested the same and can confirm they refunded $100 back. The watch battery has been going strong too, 6 days in a single charge for my pretty lightweight use (default setting following a factory reset). I'm happy with it so far given the final price I paid for.

      I tried for an exchange/return but all they sent was a no-reply RMA.

        That's what I've got too. Had to call them up and say something along the line of "Can I keep this, but you give me a partial refund of $100 instead so I don't need to go through the process of sending it back?". The guy on the phone was nice enough and say he would escalate it. Got an email today saying partial refund was approved, and I got a paypal notification not long after.

              @smifter: Submitted a detailed exchange/return by web initially, and then called them after they sent the RMA email.

                @Feelsbad: OK many thanks, I spoke to them first and they sent the RMA email approving a return/exchange for local stock and if no local stock then a refund. I just emailed them back saying my concern is there will be no local stock and then I am left with no watch. Then asked if there was a different way to resolve this by keeping the watch but getting a partial refund to save all the returns etc. Fingers crossed. If no response by email I guess I can just follow up by phone. Will see how this ends…(!)

                  @smifter: Just as a final update to this in case anyone is interested/following. They responded to my email and offered me the partial $100 refund to keep the watch. Ultimately, despite the hassle, it feels to have ended in a pretty good place. $129 for the Galaxy Watch5 Pro, albeit a grey import from Taiwan. Would have preferred local stock for $229, but can't grumble at where it ended up, I don't think. Cheers @Feelsbad for the original post, and the constant follow up comments.
