        haha I got lucky the guy said I beleive in the customer as he couldnt find it on the online site… I was shocked and even said can I have them all in a seperate transaction and he sighed a little and said yes :) I coulda even said they cost $40 but thats taking it a tad far~ dont let the well dry up its not good~ an it doesn't look good for him.

    has anyone actually called Bruan up to confirm that they will receive $75 for the HN female Braun Epilator SE5180 even thought they only paid $57 for it? HN staff are clueless one tried telling me that i would only get $30. i preordered a couple more anyway with a 10% deposit. can you cancel preorders and get your deposit back or not at HN?

    For all those that +1'd my last comment to call Braun, I did today…

    They told me that, without a doubt, the SE5180 product has a $75 cashback.

    When I asked them about buying them cheaper than that, she told me (without me saying I bought from HN) that Harvey Norman made a mistake and they are the ones who lose.

    So thats great news I guess.

    I just got a call from HN Alexandria advising they will ship out my 5 x Epilators free of charge.

    They also advised they are receiving shipment of the Epilators tomorrow as all stores nationwide are out of stock.

    i called they confirmed $75 cash back for all series 5. and single envelope with all together in one is fine.but she said only 5 max per house hold. but in the terms it doesn't say household just 5 maximum per person, thus i wonder which is correct?

    Went to HN Ryde yesterday but all sold out and no help whatsoever. Tried price matching at Myer - even more hopeless.

    Just need to find a HN with stock!

    Edit. I am sure others have said this but on the Braun cashback promo flyer it clearly indicates all 'series 5' epilators receive a $75 cashback regardless of price.

    Just bought 4 from my local this morning - Wangaratta, VIC
    No problems getting them for $57 each and they still had 4 more in stock.

    Only problem was that since I needed seperate receipts, I didn't qualify for the 12% giftcard as they said the total must be over $200 for the computer to register the gift cards.
    - Any thoughts on how I could get around this?

    got mine delivered today.
    Was doubtful that Harvey Norman would send it but got a pleasant surprises in the post today.
    Did not get an invoice in the parcel so looks like I will have to use a print out of the email tax invoice and try and use it to claim the cash back.

        No Just the order confirmation email (thought it was a receipt) ..

        I did not get a tax invoice in the parcel. I just got the shaver wrapped in brown paper with an address label on it.

        Edit ..Just received the tax invoice and an email stating that the item has been shipped today even thought I got the item yesterday..

    I have spoken to HN online who put me through to Alexadria? In Sydney. They said they will check my order and call me back. I have called them 4 times now and been told each time I will get a call back within minutes. Not one call back to date."Tabetha" is the mythical creature that I'm waiting to call me back.
    Gerry, I suggest you worry about your own backyard before you blame others for poor sales in HN.

        Yeah, they have an online phone number.
        After calling them back 2 times today due to them not calling me back I was finally sent an email confirmation that my parcel has been shipped. The thing is though they have been telling me for the last 2 weeks that they have all been shipped but when I requested shipping confirmation they would promise to call back with this and never would.
        Added to this the tracking number isn't valid so I'm guessing that all they have done is sent me the con note number off my order which the courier will probably pick up tomorrow from them.
        Piss poor Gerry, Piss poor.

    The store copies of the tax invoice that they get sent from the online department have $0 paid on them.
    The store that I picked up the epilators from pointed that out to me when I asked for the tax invoice they had.
    I ended up getting the proper paid in full tax invoice emailed to me.

      I called them today.. Confirming that i have 3 claims in process.

      They told me that the purchases have been verified and are now passed on to citibank who will issue the cheque/visa card.

      and the 60 days starts from the day your purchase has been verified by them.
