Just bought 2 today. Advertised price was $79. Talk to the sales person, they will mark down the price to $57.

    I sent mine in December but have just called them to see what was happening and the lady on the phone said mine was only entered in on the 10th Feb 2013 and it's 60 days from that date.

    This is total BS.

    Not happy!!!

      Never heard any cashback promotion count from the date they enter your info, if so they can leave the pile of receipts in the file cabinet and not enter them into system forever.

        Turns out the $30 giftcard was for something else (oral-b electric toothbrush cashback). Been told my $75 cheque for the Braun silk epil is on its way :) So all good

        Edit: Btw the number to call re. cashback enquiries is 1800782437.They were really helpful.

          What details will they ask for to find my cashback when i call??

          As i had a issue when i posted mine off i received the same envelope back undelivered and had to resend again so hoping the received it.

          Luckily i received the undelivered envelope back within a few days so not much days were lost.

          I don't understand why people don't pay the extra few dollars and send these sort of cash back claims by registered post. Firstly you can prove you posted your claim and secondly you know exactly when they have received you claim. Piece of mind for a few dollars more.

      ended up calling them… 2 of them processed 29/12/2012. 60 BUSINESS days from them. I thought the APS (I'm a public servant) was bad sometimes… but 60 days to a) print a cheque b) print letter, c) place letter and cheque in envelope (with the window) and d) walk to the post office is excessive!

    Spoke to the people that are handling the cash back claims and any that were processed on 12th December left on Friday so they should be received sometime this week. They've waited til the very last day to send them but at least mine is on it's way … yay!

    Received mine, and the weird part is there was a $100 check among all other $75 ones. Not sure what the extra $25 is for, they might make a mistake about the model or whatever. Longest wait ever.

    Losers didn't process one of my claims (Sent in the same envelope) and only sent me one cheque relating to one claim. When called and spoke to manager Emily (who refused to give her extension no) kept repeating if we received two we would have processed two, we cant verify but we have faith in our people.

    Unfortunately there isn't anything they can do now

    What a joke.

      edit: i would lodge a complaint via fair trading. if it was posted in the same envelope and you still have receipt numbers etc then it should be evidence enough. even state you are willing to sign a stat dec

        Yeah man, tried everything when on the phone, rep and their team leader have no interest in assisting, they cant prove that there recieved only one but wouldnt even look in to the mattter, I do have everything to prove the case but how am I suppose to prove that there were two in the same envolope.

        Learning from this experiece and reading from another bargain hunter, apparently I didnt do my do deligence which is send the claim, call and confirm the reciept and then wait for the cashback, I never called and confirm if they recieved my claim so I am at loss. Though I did everything right there was no use arguing with the claims people.

          i would still look to fair trading - why would you post separately? you're an ozbargainer and there's no point wasting an extra 60c on a stamp!

          worst case is nothing happens (which is exactly teh case now). best case fair trading tells them to work towards a solution of processing claim

    Just rang up to check why I have not received my cash back turns out they sent it to house number 9 not 8 and they had received it back to them as not known at that address. Good news is they are re-sending it out. hopefully I will get it in the mail soon.

    So if anyone has not got there cash-back yet it is worth ring up and checking why you have not got it.

    Will let you know if/when I receive the cash back.

    Just called now and they cant even find my entries despite posting by registered post. $350 down the drain if I didn't use registered post. Lesson to everyone, don't take the risk, always use registered post for cash back claims.

        Get signature proof from AP. Fortunately I still have the original HN invoices in my email and took pictures of all my claim forms. I will send everything to them and they will sort it out. They were very nice about it all, but had I used regular post I'd get nothing.
