Affected items can show as temp out of stock, in stock and fail when checking out or see all buying options shows up and no amazon listing.
Affected items may require a workaround to add to cart, and some people can still checkout and order.
One example - Colgate mouthwashes
Optic white - shows in stock and I order,others can't order as it fails on checkout.
Total plaque - hard locked for me. See all buying options is default, if I use shoppingads url workaround or Metro to regional address change it fails on checkout.
I have ordered total plaque in the past without any issues, without needing workarounds as well.
Some people who dont live metro could order the Kirks without issue, I and others couldn't.
One ozb could get it ordered to one postcode adjacent to them but not to theirs.

But it gets diluted with water immediately, not sure I can believe this.

Earth Choice is $2.50/L and works fine in cold for our family of 5. This stuff would have to be ultra concentrated to be worth it for me 🤷♂️

Amazon has recently made a change where many items now can't be delivered to non Metro addresses and it's hard locked meaning it errors on checkout.
Used to be a bypass available by using a metro address then changing on checkout or using this shoppingads URL after the standard item url
