There won't be hardware from Yosion (Apple Peel) until there is a jailbreak available for the iPod Touch 5. It is a hardware and software solution, and without the iPod Touch being jailbroken, there is no way to install the phone and messages apps needed to make/receive calls and send/receive messages. A jailbreak could be a long way off, assuming it's even possible.
Of course, if Apple were to approve the Apple Peel apps for download from the App Store……LOL.

not really. $270 auctions have ended with no bids. even if you get $280, PayPal and ebay fees reduce that to $250. making your apple TV $80. You save a little but is it worth the hassle of posting on ebay, going tonthe post office to mail out the ipod touch etc?

Just did a eBay search on the value of the AppleTV 3, you'll be saving about $80 after shipping and fees. Should get a good price if you sell it as brand new unless eBay gets flooded with these because it's ozbargain :) If only the Touch had GPS, it would be the perfect personal gadget.
