Further 30% discount on current sales price ($6): $(6-30%x6)=$4.2. Just bought 4pks at Randwick DickSmith

The price on website has not updated yet. The sale guy at Dickie just brought out the 30% sales label and said this model is discontinued; the 4pk ones are stayed $11. This is still available at some other store (online checked).

The only concern is about version of AAA: 2HR-4UTG not 2HR-4UTGA. They claim 1500 cycles and remain 75% after 3 years.

Edit: Seems free shipping now but no further 30% discount. Not sure in-store

    When checkout I got the 30% discount plus $5 delivery and no option to pick up.

    And the cart crashed and didn't show discount. WTF

    There is a DSE with stock abou 500 metres from my house. Cannot select pickup - no deal for me. +1 for OP though. Thanks for posting.

      I had a similar problem in the past with some AA eneloops. I just went in store and explained to the guy and he said he'd honour it as long as I could prove the deal existed. His computer didn't work so I brought it up on my phone and walah, done. Might be worth a shot.

      EDIT: Scratch that, wasn't aware of the time limit on the deal.

    I find the Dick Smith site virtually impossible to use. I have a slow connection but still Amazon, Officeworks, JB and pretty much everything else works fine.

    I was able to buy these online before the deal was posted and got them for $4.20 a pack, with free delivery as well (delivery fee of $4.95 was removed in last checkout page) … so are others actually paying for delivery?

      When I put in the postal code it gave me $4.95 delivery and the 30% off removed.

      This is confirmed, when you're on Step 3, it will apply a shipping discount to negate the $4.95 shipping charge and still apply the 30% discount

    Man i just bought 2 packs (2in a pack) $6. Where they didnt have the 4pack for $11. So i paid $12. And now $4.20.

    Went in to the Chatswood branch and was hoping to pick up a few 2xAAA packs. Picked up 5 packs of the 4xAAA instead for $7.70 each (instead of $11.00). They initially said it wasn't part of the deal but when they scanned it, it came up as $7.70, so he gave it to me at that price.

    Was across the road from DS 6-7pm (Qld time) - read deal details, but did not realise it ran out at 7pm (Qld time). Otherwise would have popped over for a few packs.

    I know this was OP's first deal posting, but lack of important details made it confusing & a waste of time unless you already knew about the DS sale it was based on - meaning it expired 100mins after posting.

    OP: Deal details should have listed the limited nature - "Snap! Family & Friends Sale Tonight Only" 5-8pm AEDT!

    No Expiry listed in deal! Should have been flagged as EXPIRED ages ago!
