It's better than nothing, but if you need to claim, you're absolutely not "better off" with a free policy.
Use your credit card cover as a bare minimum policy, don't assume it will cover everything you need it to.
highly rate their service. theyre very quick to fix issues. I didnt receive the digital wallet version of my cover and told them and they called me within 15mins. also cheapest cover when i compared but YMMV
