    Noticed that some of the badge is shared as no show for some people that attended this. This will be fixed in the future right?

      I ran the batch process for multiple events today and realised that imposter did not check anyone in, i.e. everyone gets a no show. I'll revoke all the badges and will check with him.

          Both Fortress events in Sydney & Melbourne are the only 2 events that use both OzBargain to register & Eventbrite for ticketing. I guess @Imposter might think that the two are somehow synchronised which is not the case.

            @scotty: I believe he said the check-ins would be done manually on OzBargain once he got the 'who actually went' list from you

            @scotty: Was told by neil that the mods will do the check-ins after event as I don't have access to people's usernames on Eventbrite.

            Update - I've checked-in all the usernames in the list (excel provided from Neil at 3pm 11th Nov).

              @impostor: Yes, was waiting until both Eventbrite events ended so I could check-in both and do refunds. I'm always a bit hesitant when doing multiple refunds in case it flags our account.

              I'm working with impostor to confirm the 2 lists. It look like only 2 no-shows which is a great result.

        He was using the Eventbrite system to check everyone in (as someone who originally presented the OzBargain QR code, only to be asked to use Eventbrite)

    Actually, it looks like everyone who did show up got a No Show badge, as if you look at the Not a Bot badge page, there's not a single one for Fortress Sydney. Even the organiser got one …

    This is why we don't use Eventbrite for checking-in :P I'm going to surmise that the system did this automatically and hope it'll be fixed.
