Easy as. Everything you need is available in one download on that page, and after you unlock the bootloader you just run a batch file and it does everything for you!

Just received mine, brand new in box, still has the Motorola tape seals intact. I can confirm it is definately the Wifi only 32bg model. EB games emailed me saying it was shipped yesterday, received today by courier with signature.
A little happier than the last time, EB Games bought a ASUS TF 101 for $250 assuming it was new and it was a demo, opened with some scratches on the back. Ended up keeping it for a while anyway.
IMO this is still a good buy the XOOM 1 is one of the best NVidia Tegra 2 tablets, only shame is won't be getting Jellybean updates. Although keep an eye on XDA and I would say there will be custom ROMs out shortly.
This is a bit heavier that some tablets with same processor such as Samsung 10.1 but is better build and sturdier and has HDMI out and Micro SD slot. For those interested will also fit the iCade nicely.
Just rang up to customer server and asking them y my order still processing, they told me that they have no more stock and very unlikely to getting more so i ended up taking my refund.

Performance:
Having owned an Optimus 2X phone, I knew what to expect with the Tegra 2.
Performance is AVERAGE, it's no Nexus 7 but it does the job, and it is not slow.
RAM is adequate, haven't noticed apps reloading, they're still in RAM whenever I want to use them.
Boot time is great, equal with any high end device i've used.
Sound, didn't really check, played a YouTube video with the TV in the background, and it was too loud so I turned down to around half, I gather the sound output is more than enough for most people.
Body:
Power button is in a nice place, it's just where your left hand fingers will be when you're holding it, but indented enough that you wont ever accidentally touch it.
Weight: This thing is a brick, as expected, but not uncomfortably so, I didn't notice it's size until I picked up my Nexus 7 afterwards.
Bit recessed and hard to use I find, just an annoyance, still 100% usable.
Charger:
Comes with USB cable aaaand a little laptop looking power box.. 12v 1.5A?? I've never seen this for a tablet before, it's kinda cool.
Cable length is very long, and the cable is relatively thin so you won't have issues reaching it around the lounge/coffee tablet/wherever your power point is, it's as long as a Laptop charger.
Rear camera: pretty crappy from what I've seen of my dimly lit loungeroom.
Front camera: Untested
It's a LOT of tablet for $200, would buy it again no questions asked…
And a bug free stock Jellybean ROM is just amazing and something you won't find on other similar priced tablets.. Discontinued ones.
Honeycomb 3.0 / 3.1 / 3.2 is a DOG, put Jellybean on ASAP, much better experience.
I got a bit lost in XDA crap and ended up soft bricking it trying to root/install recovery lol… That mistake took me about 3 hours (and I've rooted/rommed a galaxy s2/other phone..)

Well I got mine from EBgames at last, and its an old demo/returned one… :(
I wouldnt mind so much but the power cable plug is nearly broken off so Im gonna have to find one that fits.
Cant turn it on yet as the battery is flat. Dont know if it was worth the money now.
