Why do you show a picture of the big 10 pound bag of ON when its much less?

    • -1

      Hi,
The 10lbs bag has just sold out. We 'had' the entire range and used the 10lb picture. Completely understand the confusion and we'll address it.

      • How many did you have in stock? Every time I've checked your site in the past few weeks when you've been posting deals you have never had the 10lb bag in stock, just the 2lb/900g tub incorrectly listed under the 10lb listing.

  • you need to display pack sizes on your website more clearly.
You put a price but you have to click each link to see the pack size.
As a potential customer, I couldn't be bothered clicking through each product I have interest in, to see the pack size (to see if your price is good).

    • Hi Mick,
Constructive criticism is welcome! Thanks for the insight and we'll include it in the requirement for new version redesigns. That completely makes sense.

    • What's this? It's the body building not website building

That Optimum Nutrition Natural Gold Whey is only $52.99 at Vitacost (ex shipping)
    http://www.vitacost.com/optimum-nutrition-gold-standard-natu…

    • -1

Shipping starts at about $35 from Vita - and then you run the risk of the product not being allowed through customs. Just worth noting :)

      • +3

No. There is no risk. ON Gold Standard won't be stopped at customs.

Protein powder is allowed in to Australia, as per the department of agriculture fisheries and forestry website. http://www.daff.gov.au/aqis/faqs
