Noticed this on the newsletter in addition to some of the other deals already posted.
Thought it was a good price and strongly considering getting one to upgrade my 128GB version.
EDIT: Changing to AUD it seems to comes up with $183.23 delivered to anywhere in Aust.
Looks like a good deal … I'm interested to see how many people will jump on this rather than a samsung 830 (has been $185 delivered twice in the last month). I went with the samsung and know this is often considered a strong competitor.

I wanted to know this too. It seems the general consensus is that both are great SSD's, but the 830 is slightly more favorable. Go for whichever is cheaper, I was told.
So for most people the shipping cost will ruin this one, especially since it was $170.07 Delivered from Amazon UK. You can't live in the past though, and this is still a good deal.
I'd put money on Shopping Express doing another great SSD deal soon though, they're proving to be reliable with good weekend deals.
how about the OCZ vertex 4 ?
I have both. Samsung 830 scores higher on benchmark tests, but personally I don't notice any difference. I'd just go with whatever is cheaper.

I have an M4 128gb and its been really good, but don't know if this one's worth the little bit extra over the Samsung or liteon or sandisk sales.
Does anyone know if it will work for iMac? or if I buy this I presume I can pay some shop to get it install for me? thanks in advance
