The product you have linked to is just the machine itself, it does not include the nail polishes nor the 100 designs and is shipped from China.
I did actually, and the eBay machine says it comes with 6 plates (probably 18x6 = 108 designs). You machine shows 5 plates at 9 each side = 90 designs.

I'd much prefer to pay $15 to get one from China than $61.95 (inc. postage) to get the same thing from Australia.
