  • The offer is for purchases of "home furnishing products".

However the T&C state the only exclusions are gift cards, bistro, food market etc.

So would the purchase of a kitchen qualify for the deal?

    • Not sure about QLD, but it applied to NSW when they had the offer as I used it to buy my kitchen.

However, be warned. They apparently had a massive take up of this promo to buy kitchens and flat pack furniture and I experienced the worst ever after sales service I have had the privileged to have experienced.

Truly a bunch of amateurs as they screwed up pretty much everything related to deliveries and installation of the kitchen. Their contact number is up there with the worst in terms of on hold times and no one really knows what is going on. We must have made 20 or 30 calls to them to try to sought things out. Think about waiting on average 25mins for each of these calls and you can imagine the wasted time. If you are thinking, why don't you just email them, well there is no email address in existence for customer support. If you think I am making it up, check out their facebook page and you will see how many other people experienced the same thing as me. Good Luck.
