    delivery Christmas 2013,
I hope I am still alive after 21/12/2012,

    • Did not notice that, less inclined to buy this now.

I hope this deal works and I can get some of these hampers.

Great value for some decent looking kids toys, will be donating them all to charity for xmas 2013.

I would probably do this also, but Xmas 2013 is so far away. What if this company (Hamper magic) closes down in 6 months?

      • That was my exact thought…I trawled through their website finding nothing about how long they'd been in business etc. I went so far as to check their ACN and the company was established in 2010.

        • Hi there and thnx for looking at the deal. We are going in to our third year and building really strongly each year. I certainly hope we will be here in 2013 and for many more years thereafter. We do not however have the large advertising budgets like other companies so this is just a way of getting our name put there. I love the idea of people donating this to charity. regards Doron CEO Hamper Magic

$10 is a good deal (assume includes delivery?), however the original price of $104 is way overpriced if you ask me.

  • I recently got a similar deal with this lot on another friday "frenzy" deal. The hamper though was a spreads hamper which was normally around $50 but they did a deal for $5.

The problem is they get your bank account details and set up a direct debit (in my case 45 cents a month). I find this annoying.

And like others said, who knows if this company will still be around.

    These are the order details:

    Payment Frequency: Monthly

    Your regular repayments: $0.45

    Item Sku Qty Subtotal
    Spreads 2027 1 $52.00
    Subtotal $52.00
    Shipping & Handling $0.00
    Discount (frenzy) -$47.00
    Tax $4.73
    Grand Total $5.00
    Thank you again, Hamper Magic

    • What is their incentive for the 45c/mth debit? Sounds like they're up to something dodgy…..

      • Probably expect people to buy more hampers at the same time at inflated prices, evens out the cheap deal with a dear deal.

        • Hi there, Of course we would love people to buy other hampers from us but there is absolutely no obligation to do so. This is just a way of getting our name into the marketplace for those who may be interested in layby hamper. regards Doron

      • Once they have your contact details, you can probably expect to receive calls from their outbound sales team trying to upsell you other offers.

Some hamper companies also have a system where your payments automatically continue once your payments are finished to give you an early start towards an order for the following year

        • Hi there, Yes Hamper Magic started in 2010 and we are building each year. We will not continue your payments unless you give us permission or order for the following year. As a new company without huge advertising budgets this is just a way for us to get our name out there. There are no catches, conditions etc and because we are a layby company we can only take payments thru our regular payment system.Regards Doron- CEO Hamper Magic

  • Granted I probably couldn't get all that stuff for $10 (if I could get that stuff at all!) but a bit iffy on laybying this now for 2013

  • coupon code not working for me?

    • Edit - ignore me

Probably OK for $10 but 'snakes and ladders' and a couple of puzzle games sound pretty steep for $104, particularly when that same $$ might buy you a couple of PS3 games, a few 'Skylanders' or quite a bit of Lego. I have an 11 yo son and I'm pretty sure that for $104 I could do better to light up his life at XMas. I understand these hampers are part of a payment plan spread across the year for people that might not be able to put their hands on $104 next XMas. I just get one of those feelings about this deal, my son would probably prefer I hid the $2 per week in a piggy bank and then bought him an iPod Shuffle or a PS3/XBOX/Wii game or a football/basketball/scooter/RC Helicopter etc. Puzzle games are very 1970's.

Probably OK as a donation to a charity for $10 though.

    • Love the idea of donating to charity. Have a merry Christmas, regards Doron

  • It's Friday and code doesn't work….

    • Hi there, I will check code to make sure it is working, regards Doron

  • Code not working & i was going to purchase more than this hamper. Their loss, moving on…….Also i didn't receive my scrapper & brochure from another one of their other promos but they managed to send a advert card so i am now over this company.

    • Hi there, we had such a huge response to the brushes that we ran out but i have placed an order for another few thousand. The brushes should be out in the next week or so but if you dont get Please call the office on 1300542080. Regards Doron- CEO Hamper Magic

  • code still not working

  • seems to be working

  • My son is trying to do this but he can't do it from his phone as it won't let him change the payment details. He's got his own account and his address is different to mine. Can he does this from my house as it will be my IP address?

  • code works for me but giving my bank account details for $10 doesn't work for me :)

  • Sold out…
