My ING visa debit refunds foreign transaction fee's if you meet the monthly criteria (deposit $1,000 a month + make 5 transactions).

Not a bad deal considering prior singles day deal for 24% off for all products/supplements.
To avoid foreign transaction fees I would recommend ING, Macquarie bank debit cards. I can't think think of anymore bank cards that offer fee free foreign transaction. You can save a couple of dollars on ft fees depending on the final amount purchased. For me, I would save on average,
$2.85 alone on ft fees. If you are a person buying frequently, it all adds up.
