This morning my suit pants from Hallenstein was just delivered to a complete stranger with an entirely different name to me.

DHL tracking is next to worthless.

  Oh man thats no good! Could you fire us an email to [email protected] and we will follow up with DHL for you. Normally they are pretty good couriers but I guess mistakes happen. If we cannot get the trousers back from where ever they were delivered then we will send you another pair as soon as we can. Sorry about the hassle mate! We will sort it out asap!

      Hi mate, we do have a returns address in Australia. It's in Sydney and we've opened it up so that you can save on return costs should you need to return something. However we can no longer do exchanges as the process can take quite a while so instead, when you return something we will refund you for the item as soon as we can and in the meantime you can place a new order for the correct item.   Hi there! Yes! You will receive a tracking number once you are emailed your dispatch confirmation email. It should be around the bottom, you can use this number on the DHL website to track your order. If you receive a confirmation email this weekend you will notice that the DHL website will not have any status updates right away, this is because although we are packing orders these won't actually be picked up until Monday morning. Everybody should receive their orders by Thursday at the latest as DHL are pretty quick once they have the order. Cheers!

  Hey Shane, most of the polo shirts are 100% cotton. They come in a variety of different types - some are peached cotton which has a smooth soft feel and others are piqué cotton which are more textured. For info on each individual style - if you click on each polo there will be a short description of the product including the fabric composition.

    Hi there! Sorry about the delay guys! We are processing all the orders that were placed over the weekend. Some orders are taking a wee bit longer than the others if we need to source the item from a store. We've completed most of Saturday's orders and are getting through Sunday's as well. You should recieve a confirmation email today but if it is past 6pm the order will not update until tomorrow morning when DHL picks it up from our warehouse. All of our orders are sent to Aus overnight so they should arrive by Thursday, if not Friday at the latest! Please bear in mind that you will need to sign for the parcel so if you are not around, DHL wil leave a card to call you can use to re-arrange redelivery. Tomorrow will also be the last day you can place an order with us where we can guarantee delivery before xmas.     Bit annoyed that the sizes weren't accurate.
    Bought two pairs of 38" shorts, one was closer to 39-40" and the others closer to 41-42" (the board shorts were so far off being a 38" it wasn't funny), so now out $10 shipping them back.

I realised one of the polos I ordered (http://www.hallensteins.com/product/Stag-Raised-Stripe-Polo?…) is 60% Polyester and 40% Cotton (on the label inside the shirt) unlike how it is advertised as "100% cotton".

Maybe you guys should check labels of clothes you received too, just in case. I am fairly happy with rest of my order though.
