Pros:
Good performance, screen size and battery life

Cons:
Heavy, bulky, not mobile
No apps to use 1600*900 resolution on 13.3" screen aside from movies and web browsing

Conclusion: Decent product for a stay in home/coffee table/in bed device.

I think the eBay comparison is slightly misleading - as that's delivered and your deal is $10 delivery fee.

Still a good price though.

Surface is 10" and I dont think any bigger would be better…. would be hard to hold.
I guess it could be a camera for the older people that cant see as good lol (like my Mother)
