I think the negative votes waiting period is because in the past we have had people register multiple accounts and negative vote deals. It's not necessary to vote negative for an error. Just a comment like yours is enough for one of the mods or the original poster to make the changes.

Bought this today and it scanned up as $39 so with $20 cash back that's $19. The guy told me that went out back to get it that its a deal at $69, my eyes almost burst when it scanned up as $39 thanks to the poster

which one is "Receipt number" on the receipt? on the bottom beside the time?
and lots of barcode on the box, which one is needed?
I think you have to send them the whole receipt but don't send the original send photocopy one instead so you have the original to back up or warranty purpose.

I bought a microsoft keyboard V6000 last time, I haven't got the cash back yet. Two months flied.
So I have to be more care this time.hehe thanks. I think the receipt number is the last bunch of number at the bottom of the receipt (next to the date). I can't see any other number that makes sense. Put that in, send in the photocopied receipt and I think it should be fine. If you are worried, there is a number after you fill in the form that you can call to check with HP that your claim is ok… give them a call after a week. Just make sure you get the receipt to them by 31 dec 2008… i think that is the cut off date for them to receive it.
