      Yes, if the Powershop $150 welcome credit is mentioned in the plan. - Can confirm have had many sign up credits + gift cards over numerous providers.

    Has anyone that signed up with Engie received any confirmation from them? Signed up on Thursday for both Electricity and Gas and I'm yet to receive any correspondence from Engie; have only received the email from Econnex with a reference number.

        I called them today and they said we can't claim both. If you are signing up from cashback , you will get only $172 for electricity and gas.

        Rest will be on your luck .

      It will take up to 90 _120 days to get a master card from Econex not sure how long it will take from the shopback .

    Signed up to Powershop for electricity and the transfer just completed today and my account is showing $150 credit. I had only just churned out of Powershop end of 2024 after receiving $150 + $75 referral credit. Seems like they don’t have any exclusion period for the $150 credit

      Yeah, I left Powershop in November and got the $150 credit again when I signed up last week. I'm guessing they will stop this offer soon. It can't be profitable having everyone jump in and out every couple of months to pick up the free $150.

      Last time when I took this offer, I switched to the "Power House" plan after 30 days because it's much cheaper than the "Switch Saver" plan you have to use with this deal. I'll just do that again unless Engie are still offering the $200 deal in a month.

    Anyone know if Engie give accurate daily usage or estimates? Just switched and with Alinta we were using average 30 or so kWh a day in summer months. 4 days so far with Engie and it’s been between 85 and 95 per day! Usage hasn’t changed much - and certainly not 3 fold!

      Origin said we spent 14-16 kWh/day in the last 3 months. Engie activated for us 4 days ago, and their app shows 10 kWh "monthly average" (daily average?) and 120 kWh "so far this month". Not sure how to read this…

      Didn't receive mine. Utility was connected 129 days ago, gift card email is on the safe senders list from last time, no SMS. Customer support said it was already sent and it's now expired which makes no sense.

      I'm waiting as well. Nothing yet. Econnex has been little unreliable lately for me. I contacted them and they're claiming that I signed up using some third party promo when all I did was just signed up using the link here. Excuse to not pay up? Still waiting to hear back from them.

          I emailed them and they investigated my case. I got a call from them over the weekend and they said I should receive cards by the end of June(after they escalated my case internally), somehow my sign-up went through topcashback. I still haven't got the cards yet.

    Card expiry 8/25. Wonder how much of a discount they get for always ordering such short expiry gift cards

    Anyone know how to get past "Verify with Karta" to activate the card after adding it to Apple Pay?

    Been chasing these guys up over a month. They believe I signed up via ShopBack and are point blank refusing to provide the gift card. I’ve even sent them screenshots of my ShopBack account showing that there was no click around that time to Econnex…

      Keep going - they tried the same on me - i kept pushing back and finally got this today :

      Following our detailed review with the internal and partner teams, we’re pleased to inform you that your reward eligibility has now been confirmed. We truly appreciate your persistence in helping us ensure the correct outcome.

      Your Digital Prepaid Mastercards will be processed in the next distribution slot, scheduled between 15th and 20th July 2025. The cards will be delivered to your registered email address during that period from rewards@karta.com.au. Please also check your spam or junk folders around that time to avoid missing the email.
