    The three card limit is just per transaction as I understand it. I've bought five so far.

    If your Costco is one of the locations available on DoorDash these gift cards are a great way to save even more when shopping there.

        The prices are inflated by default but if you enter your Costco membership number they're reduced to more or less the same as in-store.

      Posted in Nov, more than a month ago and expired. Yesterday I reported on a different offer and was told to post as a new deal when it was more than a month old. Can mods please clarify? Thanks.

        I am not a moderator, but I can see why this deal is not considered a duplicate.

        If you look at the deal posting guidelines, one scenario where a deal is not considered a duplicate is:

        The original post is older than 1 month, and was marked as expired or sold out between then and now.

        The deal post in November was not marked as Long Running, so therefore it expired ten days ago, and the scenario above applies, which means your deal is not considered a duplicate.

        I suspect @freedomofspeech is trying to say that this deal never expired at Costco, so therefore you have effectively posted the same deal as the one back in November. I had a look at the photo in the November deal and I could not see anything about an expiry date. Did you see anything at Costco to suggest this deal has an expiry date? If not, you could ask a moderator whether they think this current deal should be considered Long Running.

                @trixieb: If you tap on the report button after submitting a report, you will see a message saying you have already submitted a report. Below that message, you will see a Mark As Resolved, which effectively means you are withdrawing your report.

                You are unable to submit multiple reports on the same item (e.g. the same deal, the same comment) or amend an existing report.

    • Yes at both locations.
      At the Perth Airport, the gift cards are somewhere in the middle.
      At Casuarina where the photos were taken, they are located near the front entrance as you walk in.

    • At the Perth Airport location, the gift cards have been moved to the front entrance.

  • What are your top picks to order costco through door dash. I think some products cheaper than going instore after discount and some are more expensive then instore

    Ie. I think top sirloin wqs cheaper instore but I didn't remember the price so gotta check next time

      Not sure as Costco/DoorDash don't stock what I was going to buy. Had to go into Costco yesterday.

      I'm hesitant to order fridge/freezer items as the DoorDash drivers (& Uber Eats) don't seem to use cold packs or insulated bags when I've ordered through them for Coles. The weather is very hot and humid. Costco is a lot further from my place than Coles.

  • I was recently in the US and have a US Costco membership. The US had the same deal as this post but in USD. Wondering if I buy the Doordash cards from the US if I can load them on to my Australian DD account? For this question please ignore foreign exchange, just looking for a simple answer.

    • The correct place to ask this question - can I redeem US gift cards onto my AU account ? - is Doordash. Log in to the app and use the Live Chat.

    • iirc I did that with my uber account, not sure about door dash. Let us know how it goes.

      There's often some serious bargains in the US via food delivery apps as well as Amazon, which you get delivered to a nearby parcel locker for free.

        Call store and give them the bar code. They will activate the card for you.

            • @nightelves: Yes they put me through to a team member who activated them over the phone for me. It did take about 30 mins if I remeber correct for them to be active.

        I called them and they said it was because they ran out of stock but given they also removed the Xbox and Xbox Game Pass gift cards I suspect maybe there’s another reason. Hopefully they bring them back soon.

    Bought one online last week but they were having issues delivering. They are looking into it so i assume thats why they have pulled them for now

    I still haven't received my egift card after 3 hours. I clicked resend and also called Costco. but still nothing

    • Check spam folder. Mine were there. They sent mine in 10 minutes

    • Having same issue here. Ordered about 8 hours ago. Nothing received. Even checked spam. What’s weird is that the order status shows as “Shipped”…

      Did you manage to get it sorted?

      • Make sure your email is verified on the costco website, when you sign in, and it tells you to pick email or mobile to send a one time code to, pick email

        • it automatically sends it to the email costco has on file, it didnt mention a specific email for me, it just has four commas ,,,, just to be sure, when you sign into costco, do you send the one time password to your email or your mobile?

            I've done both - mobile and email. So my email address and mobile number are both verified.

            • @itsmehuey: talking to @RichardF89, i now realise that if you add the gift card, you get to choose a recipient, but if you just click buy now like i do, i doesnt seem to give me the option, also, the gift card was sent to spam even though all my other costco emails dont go to spam, so keep an eye out

              • @Qazxswec: you can set up your email and put the Costco email in the whitelist, then your Costco order won't go to spam anymore.

      • I just called them again they gave me the same answer and ask me to wait. And also they told me that they did resent me the gift card after my first call on Friday. But I still haven't received anything

    Anyone else who's having issues with DoorDash gift card online orders being received via email, this is the response I got back today regarding the issue:

  • I bought a gift card this morning and it's been 5 hours and no email with gift cards. Checked promotion/spam folder as well

    • Try clicking resend 3x times in the app. That worked for me. YMMV.

        • If you go to "My Purchases" then click the giftcard order, it's at the bottom of "Item Details". Try the resend button both on the app and website.
