#As per several comments recently in the post, please don't buy from Costco online as the gift cards haven't been received. Please buy in-store.

5th May. I spoke to Costco Member Care on (03) 5316 7223 and was advised for those affected to call this number and provide your order details.

Alternatively: Try clicking resend 3x times in the app as suggested by TEER3X

      Did not work. After clicking resend on the third click it said “email not found contact support”. Such a terrible experience.

    I called them again they told me there is an issue with doordash gift card and they are working on it. If I still haven't received by next Monday, call them again

    Ordered 04/05. Didn't see this post before buying. No codes sent and the resend button on the order form disappeared.

    Have contacted the number in the deal info (Thx OP) and they have advised will just need to wait and that problems are ongoing.

    They said they will refund my purchase. And I placed another order 2 hours ago, but I haven't received anything. This time, I sent it to the Costco email address, but there is no resent button.

    • How frustrating. Are you near a Costco? Probably easier to pick them up. The Perth Airport store has heaps.

      • doordash charge me $12 for delivery. I am in Doubleview, I normally buy via doordash.

    purchased 1 gift card when this deal first came up in the online portal - didn't get codes and got a refund. they took down the deal shortly after i assumed because of the issues.

    saw the site come back up so thought they fixed it - purchased 3 , still no codes. 4 days and counting

      You'll now need to call them to report the issue. I did the same, 24 hours later, when I checked the order history on the app again, it showed the option to "click to resend it", I clicked it and GCs were sent to my email straight away.

    The Resend option may work eventually..i tried it after ordering a few days ago and it did not go through..I tried again today and it worked.

  • still haven't received it. At first, they said they would refund, but then they told me they are still working on it. ordered on the 2nd May.

    PSA: Check your junk folder

    Mine came through today :). Only made the original phone call and waited as they suggested. Good luck to those waiting.

  • I believe Doordash is still expensive then restaurant deliveries but this is better than paying full of course

  • Just bought 2 x Doordash giftcard this morning around 9 am, and received them about 30 min after. So they might have fixed the issue now.

        If you have this option in the app, try clicking resend 3 times as mentioned here.

        Otherwise contact Costco on (03) 5316 7223 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm AEST.

        • Unfortunately I couldn't find the resend button which I'm assuming is in the order history

          • @BoomTetrisForJeff: The resend button may have disappeared. I bought in-store a few days ago and haven't bought online.
