Might pay to actually tell people what the bargain is and the company.

I operate a legitimate Sydney based business. I am sole trader with registered ABN. I have recently registered my business name with ASIC. As such, it is not appearing in the ASIC register as yet.

We only accept PayPal as a payment method. If you believe that we are fake and you do not receive your items, you can definitely lodge a dispute with PayPal and claim your money back.

Please don't hesitate to place an order as all the items are genuine and 100% delivery and satisfaction is guaranteed.

    Online Store by FreeWebStore
Our aim is to bring good quality item to everyone

  • Looked at Whois.net info for freewebstore.org it says that OP is from UK but on OzBargain the user location is in Sydney. ?????

    • This is what I was looking at, but I just realised freewebstore.org is not the property of the OP in this situation.. it's like a free website making tool.. so the store is actually called "Fashion 4 All".

Tbh stay the heck away from this regardless. I'd neg but my account is only 28 days old :(

    YEAHH! i bought a necktie

Judging by those thumbnails, the ties look very small ;)

But seriously, what went through their head when they approved this website's design? A shame, because they look to have some good prices.

  • really interested to buy as gifts, anyone tried?

    • +1

The guy above did, the prices seem good but website seems fishy.

Business name does not exist. You must trade under your own name or a registered business name. Typical fly by night rubbish you would find at a pop op trestle table shop at a shopping centre. Nothing unique, not worth the bother.

So we can expect to find "Fashion 4 All" or similar in the register soon? When I see it, I'll consider buying it.

You might also want to invest a little bit in a .com.au domain, as that requires an ABN to register, and would seem considerably less fishy.

Also, no contact address or phone number? This is just looking worse and worse to be honest.

        • As I advised earlier, Business was registered with ASIC but it wasn't appearing in their register. I have got the confirmation today and it's appearing in their register now.

I am buying also in the middle of buying .com.au domain and it won't be long.

I don't know why people get all investigative about these things. You're not buying a house, just a $3 paypal item. If it doesn't arrive then you get your money back anyway.

    • +3

Besides the point really. No one wants to be stuffed around, many this forum has guidelines to follow, it's not that hard to understand.

    • +5

Countless times this exact type of investigation has revealed sockpuppeting, duplicate accounts and other such Internet misdemeanors. Plus, $3 goes a long way on this site!

      • Yep, $3 can get you ∞ freebies!

    Hi Everyone

I can see that people are concerned about the legitimacy of this offer and my website/business. I operate a legitimate Sydney based business. I am sole trader with registered ABN. I have recently registered my business name with ASIC. As such, it is not appearing in the ASIC register as yet.

So we'll just take your word for it?

    • +1

The problem is you have one of the worst and most untrustworthy stores I've ever seen.

  • +2

Say the same statement once and we don't
Listen shame on you. Say it twice and we still dont listen, shame on us, for coming back to this "bargain" post. What's the next like for saying it 3 times?

  • Why does he/she keep repeating him/her self!!??

    • There is no way that ASIC will register "Fashion 4 All" as a business name, as it is too similar to another business name already registered.

      • We are ASIC registered business and appearing in their online register now.

        • I stand corrected. I'm surprised they registered that name since it is so similar to the other similar name.

  • +1

Stop repeating yourself, address each concern with a unique comment.
I cannot believe that a very small business would reply to those concerned with a pre-written letter.
If you want customers, don't act like one of the big guys. We are the people that will make or break your business.

  • You only have five products. What a waste of time. These images are obviously from your drop shippers and it is obvious you are just putting the orders through.

    • I am not using services of any drop shoppers. I operate from Sydney and all the products are in stock and ready to be shipped. None of the product will be coming from overseas which normally takes months to reach customers.

I am new in the market and run a small business to support my family. I don't have millions of dollars to buy thousands of products at the same time. As such, the product range is small but with excellent price and the range will definitely increase gradually.

      • OK, I hate to see a starving family so take the criticism on the chin and fix the issues raised here.

Look, no one likes being criticised, especially if they think they are doing the right thing and no doubt OzB can be a bit of a brutal place if what you are offering is perceived as lacking.

Your prices are good, no doubt about it, but take the time to register a .com.au, get a proper store front with HTTPS if you are going to offer anything but PayPal, put your details on the webpage (ABN, email / contact form, mobile) etc., stop writing copy which is meaningless, unintelligible and pretending to be a big operator and if English is not your first language, then get someone to proof read your writing.

If you don't have millions of dollars to buy thousands of products then you have got to specialise. Forget about buying any random rubbish because it is cheap to fill up that container from China. Instead, focus on a specific niche and become known for it.

Ties is a good example. There is a big market for ties. Become known as a specialist tie retailer, or a specialist kids retailer or something. If you can't be everything like Myer, Target, etc. then be something specific; The Sydney Teeny Tiny Tie Company, No Lies Just Ties, Tie Me Up, etc.

Fashion 4 All is a rubbish name and I say that because I want you to be successful for your family's sake. A good name can make a big difference. I have had a couple of stinkers over the years and they didn't help business at all.

So learn from what people are telling you here, engage them rather than repost the same rubbish, implement changes and the same OzB who tore you down somewhat will give you a clap.

        • Thank you for your suggestions. I will try to implement as many as possible

  • How long is the sale on for? I am curious to see the prices go up after the end date?
