what i tried:

Turtle Beach Ear Force XP300 Wireless Gaming Headset
http://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Wireless-Headset-Xbox-360-63043…
$99 (the best price ever suggested by camel x 3) plus shipping. i personally am not interested in these plastic (good quality) toys, but i know some kids do. if you think it is ok, please click the affiliate link.

JVC HARX300 Full-Size Headphones (Black)
$7.54 (not the cheapest, but cheap enough) if you want a pair of cheap headphone. quality wise, seems not bad. the shipping is $11.

all the prices quoted above are in USD.

there are some other stuff including other turtle beach toys.

  • The Transcend 1TB USB drive is nice. Bummer that Amazon wont ship it to Aus :(

I don't know how Amazon works, but the last 10 items I tried to buy gave me an error 'item cannot be shipped to your country'. I wanted to buy phone batteries, case covers, chargers. It was ludicrous!

I gave up. Never dealing with Amazon ever again!

I'm sure you will be missed by them

Search for "Amazon global" in google and youll get a link where it will only show items that can be shipped internationally

    • Something is up with Amazon. I have had a few things sitting in my cart which i was a click away from ordering the other day and they are now showing up as not being able to be shipped now. Checked address and all items are from Amazon and not a 3rd party.

Just cos its sold by / shiped by Amazon doesn't mean they will ship it internationally.

      • International shipping availability for some items appears to change from time to time. Maybe after shipping a few orders out they start to realise that their very reasonable shipping charges do not cover the actual shipping cost, so they decide to no longer ship an item internationally.

        • In a lot of cases the Australian distributor has complained to the parent company that we are able to buy the product cheaper than they are willing to sell it in Australia.

The parent company will then tell places like Amazon that they cannot sell to Australian addresses, and will enforce it by withdrawing their items for sale if they do not.

In other cases the products are sold by other companies on Amazon, and they can decide if they want the hassle of sending products overseas. Many do not, and even if they do their postage rates are about 5 times that of Amazon.

      • Different sellers will not ship to AU. You might have added it to the cart from someone who ships to AU, then they sold out and the next seller replaced them who won't ship to AU, which led to your problem.

  • Thanks! Planned to buy the Blue Yeti microphone for a long time, was over $100 ($169 on eBay) now $73!
Also bought a pair of ear rings over 60% off time to get my ears pierced lol

  • Have had the same problem with Amazon. People on here were buying a product yet for me it showed as not being available to this address. Emailed and asked why and got no response!
