I had one of those. It only lasted 2 charges and then wouldn't charge again. Junk.

Yep after buying 2 different time and items from kmart (thanks ozb) and then returning both (2 trips back), now i will avoid kmart except to buy my dog pee pads

        • Are anko usb c and a cables bad also? If they are which brands are good?

Haha,….one of the reviews gave a five star because they were able to get an easy refund (wonder why they wanted a refund).

      Steve G is a Gangsta

these powerbanks date back to 2022 and they come with a micro usb cable so you get an idea where they are saving

tbf it does come with a type c but with only 5,000mAh why bother

I love having a 5K bank around for little light less bulky emergency back up.
Then again I prefer it to have PD minimum 15 W and or QC3 also, as well as medium and bigger power banks for more demanding jobs.

Buy 2, tape them together. Now you have a 10000mah with 4 ports!

Been using this around the house for over a year now.

I connect them to those motion sensor cabinet lights and they work as motion sensor lights that are also portable.

Have only had to charge them once so far and I use these lights fairly often like some get used every day.

My 20,000mah and 30,000mah powerbanks are all still above 70%

    • Are the ones you're using around the house 20,000 and 30,000 mAh, or 5,000 mAh like this one?

Wouldn't this be a better solution for those cabinet lights?

      • I am not using them in the cabinets I am using them in big open areas like walkways and kitchen area.

I don't want to use AA batteries so the power banks are much easier to use because I can recharge them much easier also (just use a cable).

The ones I am using are something similar like this and charge via micro usb so no AA/AAA batteries needed.
