        I emailed on Friday. They said there was a problem with the vouchers and they would ship my order that day. Have not received anything yet though…

          nubzy what does it say when you log into the tontine site for your order? still pending or does it say sent/complete?

          my paid one says "complete" but my freebie's still say pending

        there is another thread on here, another guy in Melb received his pillow today and received exact same response by email, so im thinking it should be here tomorrow for me in Sydney.

      I emailed and got a reply there was a problem with the (free) order that has now been fixed… still pending 2 days later.
      Sounds like they may fob off until everyone forgets about it.

        Here is exact copy of email I received on Friday

        "My apologies for the delay, it looks like there was some kind of error because of the voucher ,however all good now I will be sending your pillow out today"

        I think it will stay pending, they will just send the pillow. Someone received theirs today after contacting on Friday.

    Mine changed to processing. I think they aware about the complain and started to change all of the pending to processing. Hope to get them soon.

      i got the same email. yay. i wasnt quite sure if they were going to actually ship them, i think they werent sure if they were…. but you dont survive long on OzB if you dont put customers first :D

          my paid item shipped rather quickly

          my freebies i didnt need to do anything more than be patient. seems that they are slowly working through the orders. if online yours say pending still then wait, it should change soon. if it says processing etc then wait for delivery

          did i mention wait? and be patient? :)
