AliExpress decided to give Shopback a cashback increase for both new and existing members. If you happen to be paying for Shopback "Plus" you can get an extra 1% cashback. This offer is capped at $50 per transaction.

Please ensure that the products you want to buy are affiliated by using the link checker. It's very important that you confirm your order as received within 90 days of ordering to be eligible for cashback. Please note some orders may automatically mark themselves as received once the tracking is marked as delivered.

Cashback tracking

  • Cashback is available only if you visit the AliExpress website or app via our platform.

      True dat. TCB has a $30 cap per transaction, whilst SB has $50.

      Ensure you disable any AdBlockers or VPN make sure you purchase an affiliated product. I disagree on the tracking part. My previous 100% AliExpress Cashback tracked and cashed.
      It's imo user error.

      Edit: Make a new email/account for the higher Cashback rate.

        $130 of beer with a promise of 50% was tracked but adjusted to zero. No response from rep or email. I've had to go to the regulators. User error? Good luck but it's a fair warning - ShopBack are dodgy as hell.

        Have sent dozens of emails and got a response after 3 weeks acknowledging the issue and they promised to fix it by 31st January. But it still hasn't been fixed and they have again stopped responding to emails.

        Absolutely terrible mob with no support whatsoever.

        Completed opposite for me. Always issues with Shopback.

        Only ever had one issue with Cashrewards but their customer service was quick to fix it. Shopback on the other hand is nightmare to deal with. No one responds to emails for weeks and when they finally do, they promise you to fix the issue but don't fix it.

    I have an active complaint with shopback at Fair Trading NSW and AFCA as they do not honour their word and have no way to contact them - emails are not answered and there is no phone number. Live chat is a robot with no agent. Should be banned from this platform.
