4K but only 30fps…hmmm…
Most of them seem to be 30 FPS.
I guess the important thing is a clear picture so you can get license plate details.
I doubt some extra frames will matter too muchyou don't need 60fps for a dash cam.
Is this brand better than Azdome?
(Looking for a 3ch. camera)
TiaGo for viofo 229 pro 3CH.

you can find a lot of reviews for this brand on Amazon.
Can't find any reviews
it looks too.. cool??
when I posted a deal I commented with another ozb user who also said they prefer if it was hidden so somebody won't think it's worth $200 and break in to take it.
funny enough "hidden" dashcam's are not even a thing if you search for them. even the ones with a large plastic shape that stick under the mirror have a obvious lens right in the middle. you could say that looks even more expensive.
looks like the best option is something very small and cheap looking put up at the top of the glass where it gets a bit tinted so you can barely notice it.
not looking for advice or recommendations btw I'm just basing this on researching dashcam's for someone else and hearing from comments online.
I wouldn't buy it due to file corruption issues… see review and forum thread here:

god thats a long thread,do you have a TLDR version?
Common issue or random occurance
Summarised by ChatGPT:
Users have reported several issues with the Redtiger F77, including a delayed response in impact detection mode (12-13 seconds), frame duplication and dropped footage, and file corruption during video transfers. Redtiger is working on firmware updates to address these problems. Additionally, concerns exist over the 128 GB non-replaceable eMMC storage's reliability and capacity. Despite strong hardware specs, these issues may affect overall performance and user experience.didnt know you could do that thanks
Their other products score pretty well on Amazon, you can check out their listings.
But not this?
Seems like an ok deal, I can't find any independent reviews, they are either all paid or got a free kit.
