There’s no requirement of you requiring to visit Chemist Warehouse the second time, and I have tested it on a new purchase without utilising the $5 off promo. Can also use on prescription only medication purchase too

the scratch cards are in your Shopback app, under Account> Rewards
They're not there.
Maybe your payment needs to be more $0.0 to trigger scratch cards.

@BargainsGrabber Do you mean the 2 scratch cards up to $20 will appear each time we shop at Chemist Warehouse until 25th March? In my app, the $5 and up to $20 offers are together with end date of 12 March. Can't find the T&Cs or end date for the up to $20 offer separately. I wonder if this is a new up to $20 offer or the same one as before. Previously GYB had 12 March as the end date for this offer when I asked.
Yup, I did 2 transactions today at Chemist Warehouse. First one was without the $5 off promo, and the other one with $5 off promo. I forgot to apply the promo so had to find something to use it in my second transaction
Both times I received the 2x scratch cards
It's good to know that the scratch card offer seems to be multi-use, although like trixieb, I had a look in my app and can only see the original expiry of 12 March

Silly Question, to pay through Shopback, do i need to have Cashback money sitting there or it can be used with Linked Debit Card ???
@Harsh Deep: I paid using a linked debit card with $0 cashback money. You can use either. You can probably also do split payments.
Bank bonus offers do not apply to SB Pay.

How does Shopback Pay work? I was at a Chemist Warehouse and I opened up Shopback app and clicked on Pay which opened up a QR scanner, I tried scanning the QR code that was displayed on the Shopback banner but it wouldn't register the code. I think the code that was there was to just download the Shopback app. The guy at the register had no clue about how to pay with Shopback.
The Chemist Warehouse will let you select payment method, I saw Shopback is number 6 option, there are also zhifubao etc.
When you use the pin pad and choose Shopback's number, a QR code will appear on the screen of the POS machine.
Then you could use your phone's shopback app, scan it.
Sorry, can someone dumb this down for someone who's brain isn't working atm? Is it just cashback earned by scanning the QR code when you pay?

Just a heads up, apparently you’ve got to spend atleast $1 (post $5 discount) for SB to register the purchase and have the scratchies to automatically be added to your account.

The $5 is an upfront discount, not cashback. You need to apply the promo before swiping to pay.

Very late to the party here. I didn't see that the scratch cards appeared in your rewards, so I messaged the helpdesk and they credited my account $20! Still tracked, not confirmed. Then I came back here and read the comments and found the scratch cards. $0.97 and $0.32.
