This is a new deal and previous ShopBack users who have claimed the previous deal can claim again. However, you only get 1x scratch card of up to $10 cashback this time round

Both my ShopBack accounts are showing the promo again even though I’ve claimed it already. Unsure if the redemption limit has been reset as this wasn’t stated in the previous promo either

      Most cashiers have no idea what to do when you mention shopback and will waste your time calling out a manager etc. I just ask for card payment and press F1 > 6 myself.

    Went to Sunnybank in Qld this afternoon just as easy as, didn't need to say anything just press all the process on their terminal by myself, and it is really easy to forget to apply promo when you are in hurry.

    I bought the wrong this using this deal, does anyone know how the refund process works with this. I need to buy another product with higher price , not sure if CW can do direct swap.

      I've never done an exchange/refund on a ShopBack Pay purchase, but as you're swapping for something of higher value, my gut says the full docket amount will be credited to the new transaction and then you'll just need to pay the difference.

      Who knows, if the difference is more than $1 and you choose to pay it with ShopBack Pay you might even get another scratch card!

    Noob question.

    So i use the pay function on the shop back app to get $5 off - is there a minimum spend? and is $5 a cashback or is it $5 off the bill?

    also how do i get the " + up to $10 cashback on every purchase"? and is there minimum spend for that aswell?

      The $5 is an instant discount that you must apply after scanning the ShopBack Pay QR code, while the "up to $10 cashback" is an in-app scratch card awarded after your transaction that requires a minimum actual spend of $1. This means if you want to get both in one go your purchase must total at least $6

          Sort of. Follow the four steps in the 'How it works' example to get the instant $5 off the transaction.

          The remaining amount on the transaction after the $5 has been discounted must be $1 or more for you to get the bonus scratch card. This is why I mentioned your purchase total having to be at least $6.

          Soon after the transaction is done you'll get a notification that you've received a bonus scratch card, which can be found in the app under Account > Rewards > Scratch card for paying with ShopBack. When you open and scratch the card you'll get a random bonus cashback anywhere up to $10 in value.

          Hopefully that makes sense!

    Didn't show up for me either, under Apply Promo I only had the $2 off and scratch card (which I got 13c from) option. Tried unselecting that but no other promos were available.

    Perhaps this one is fully redeemed or withdrawn early?

    The $5 off Apply promo didn't come up for me in store, it was a new account with new card linked.

    Looks like it's gone, while the banner ad of the $5 off is still up, it's no longer appear under Promo when you tap into Chemist Warehouse, now only has the $2 off - Banked.
