@swamp potato: Just made my first account after reading your comment and got it straight away. I used Chrome with incognito. After browsing for fe seconds came the pop up. Entered First Name, Last name, BOB and email. On the next screen opted in for the SMS notification. Checked my Gmail and yuoe the welcome email with a unique code.

The one in this deal is A2668 (one level up) and the one in the other deal is A2667 (one level down).
