  • I don't know why does the word "Monster" always remind me of HN.

I've previously bought a pair of these from the official monster site through PriceUSA a couple of years ago. They were refurbs and ended up about $76 delivered.

Deep bass extension with decent control and a velvety punch. Good->V.Good detail across the other ranges but lacks a little in the mids when listening to rock or metal. Great for dance and R&B.

Cable broke at headphone jack end after about 10 months. Very thin cables and would be difficult to repair. Ear pieces are quite heavy for their size and can be fiddly to fit. One or both may occasionally fall out. YMMV. I used comply tips for a better fit.

They don't compete with my Atrio M5's which are simply amazing but are quite a bit better than my Brainwavz M3's which in my opinion are highly overrated. I would take these over the Brainwavz any day.

  • I think these are terrible earphones, heavy in weight, uncomfortable in ears after while, low bass.

Klipsch s4's are much better than these and cheaper.

I should of tried these in a store, would of kept my cash instead of these lemons, lesson learnt.

    • Either you bought fakes or you couldn't get a decent seal with your ear canal, because these have mountains of bass.
