I only have 4 at a time but I buy new ones and sell my old ones on Marketplace for ~$60. A good way to get rid of my white launch controllers. I need to do the same for my black controllers. Then I can have 3 colours and 30th Anniversary Edition.

Seriously annoyed with the quality of the controllers - two controllers in a row developed same drift issue.
Tempted to replace w hall gimbals but not sure which ones tho.
Yeah, stick drift is really prevalent. Sony warranty is pretty easy to deal with. Worst case scenario, if you do lose your receipt, jump on this deal now, and then return your faulty controller using this receipt.
Funny thing is, it was already replaced once. And been over a year now, so assuming out of warranty
With known issues you can push back on them denying warranty. I had a six year old ps3 replaced with a new one due to a known fault. Had to do some arguing but they replaced my fat ps3 with the, at the time, current slim one. That one is still working to this day.
Only use it to play nba jam….

i had a controller and 2 games in my cart when they were available again, but sony website sucks it charges me shipping fee. when i re add them, games are gone. i don't need any of them, still grabed one controller from their ebay store to use some ebay gift card

For those who ordered controllers on eBay, message the seller (Sony Australia). That'a what I did. I ordered the controller and when I messaged them, they told me it was out of stock. They offered to send me the pink controller as alternative.
When they are oversold, they should contact us at first, not we chasing the order, right

I was contacting with them in the past weeks. was advised "next week", "next week", "earlier next week". Still nothing. And they stopped replying my message. Made me feel like I was scammed.
I got reply from Sony today,
"esssentially we have been advised that the resupply of the Sony NEW - PS5DUALSENSEICEB is scheduled for this week although it's is uncertain and may take longer. "Of course refund is always an option.
I still had no news for me.

1 change to purple color, shipping ASAP.

When I called for an update, they didn't give me any options. I tried to even change the colour but they made up some excuse about allocation. Did you talk to Sony eBay or the website?

Get a call back 5 minutes later saying stock had magically teleported to their warehouse and would be shipping this week. I'll believe it when I see it but at least it's an improvement on "next week".
