The Customer Experience survey commences on 28 March 2025 at 12PM AEST and ends on 9 April 2025 at 12PM AEST. After completing the survey, the first 3,000 eligible customers will receive a $20 Virtual Visa Gift Card to the email address the survey invitation was sent to as a thank you for their time and feedback. Only one gift will be issued per eligible customer. To be eligible for the gift, the customer must be the original recipient of the survey invitation and an existing, personal customer of BOQ Group and must fully complete and submit this survey during the survey period. Incomplete, indecipherable, or rejected surveys will be deemed invalid and not eligible for the gift. The gift will not be distributed immediately after survey completion. E-gift cards will be distributed from 21 April 2025 to the email address provided during the survey.

    I have Go & Boost Saver account.

    Last email received from Virgin Money was 14th March.

    Nothing to do with a survey.

    Accounts rarely used only few times a year.

    Virgin Money is the only lender that didn't pass on rate cut in February for borrowers, but lowered the rate on saving account. Watch its CEO's response here.

    Wow - so much personal information required & the only prefer not to say choice was on your salary.
    No guarantee of the $20 card either - limited to 3000 surveys & no way of knowing when they reach this.
