I started my Yello journey in January. Despite the T&C’s I didn’t get access until March. Live chat spun some bullshit, I think the activation was just delayed. They run it in batches on the first or second Monday of the month.
I transfer $2k in to avoid the fee on Smart Access and then do 5 x $1 transactions via Apple Pay (on to a prepaid Visa, but a Public Transport card could also be a good option).
At self checkouts I have been splitting my payments. $1 on on my debit card. Already have 5 spends this month. Don't know if I will get to 30.

Smart Access is only eligible for Everyday Yellow (not Plus) so I haven't bothered going for 30 transactions.Edit: Looks like I'm wrong link. I might have to start doing transactions under $1 to get to 30.
@sween64: Searching ozbargain, some people tried 1c transactions which didn't trigger Commbank Yello. From what I can tell $1 transactions is the minimum to trigger Yello.
If you joined in Jan, wouldnt you need Feb to make the qualifying transactions which would then get you access in March?
That's not the way I read the T&C's. I made transactions in January and expected access in Feb, maybe I'm misinterpreting them.

Targeted. Commbank yello tab, then look in the offers section. If its not there, you didnt get targeted. There are different levels of Commbank yello so if you only have the lowest level, you are less likely to get the better offers.

I'm on the lowest Yello (Everyday) and still got the Kayo offer.
I'm not sure what level of Yello they are, but they've all shown me blank offers section. :(
Do you have a debit card?
You should at least have offers from More for mobile and nbn and some others for Everyday. Its just a smaller discount. If not, then something may be wrong.

kayo burnt me with their ask for $40/m this nrl season. last season i was happy to up-pay to $35 from $25/m wth the promise of everything in 4k. it wasn't. lucky to get 1 or 2 games of interest to me in 4k, all replays are also back to 1080p, so dissapointing.
now im spending my time on kodi instead, oh well.
