My first thought was that if China would sell less goods to the US then wouldn't this drive the prices down everywhere else? Wouldn't this be even more the case in Australia due to geography and our existing relations?
Logically that's what should happen, surplus goods on the market… supply and demand. Less demand and more supply leads to lower prices.
