    Unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is fault YOU have the right to choose a repair, replacement or refund not Rivers.

      I also thought that was the case, however they try to pull one over customers who return faulty goods. Right of exchange is all that is offered. They used to send shoes back to Sebastapol for 6 weeks to get fixed but I don't think they make ANYTHING in Australian anymore. Sevastapol? Da Comrad.
