  • Can you stack data, like get the Pro and buy the Max data which will give you 30GB? Or buy the Max data and get a Max data add on = 40GB?

    • Totally, but the second plan can only be topped up while the first one is activated. You can purchase the second one later :)

  • If I am traveling to Singapore and Malaysia is my only option with this company to purchase one eSIM for each country? I can’t see anything about roaming or regional esims.

Just buy a multi-country esim from Travelkon, they've got a 20% discount voucher at the moment.

    • Sorry we do not offer regional eSIMs at the moment but this is definitely the next thing to do.

    • 🌹🌹🌹You asked for it, we delivered it under a week. eSIM Outlet is now offering regional and global eSIMs. Please follow ozbargain for any regional sales.🌹🌹🌹

  • Can I activate in Australia so its working as soon as I land in Japan or do I need to connect to WiFi and activate in Japan?

    • Totally! You can activate in Australia and turn on roaming while you reach Japan.

Weird how you can only sign in via Apple, Google or Facebook credential, I don't want to login using those.

    • Wow, didnt see that, no thanks.

    • Hello!

This was designed to protect your credential, so that we are not storing password on our servers.

Which Social Login would you want to use instead?

      • None, email and password. I give every supplier a unique email address to track their misdeeds.

        • +2

If you use login with apple, Apple does provide an anonymous forwarding email address for each website.

  • Can I purchase for 3 months time or must be activated straight away

    • Nah you don't. The eSIM lasts for 6 months so you can activate later.

  • Just bought the Max Data plan. Works fine so far. Sharing this update using the service.

  • @silverxu - I'm just about to travel next week - attempted to purchase and site giving an error: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

    • I think it was due to a deployment. Maybe try again?

      • too late - I ended up using the esimdb and found 20gb/30days for just under $16 with Nesa so went with that..

  • can I activate e-sim on one device and then on a later trip, activate it on a different device?

    • Sorry you cannot, once activated you won't be able to activate the same code again.

  • I just purchased the Japan eSIM but I am unable to activate and the customer service message doesn’t allow me to send a message

    • I am here to answer your question. Sending you an email now.

    • Hello, I have located your order and saw both of your eSIMs are activated. You will be able to use them once you arrive at your destination and turn on Global Roaming. Unfurtunately the support module had a technical glitch, but it is all good now.

  • Hi guys,

Is it advisable to remove my current sim card out when this eSim is activated to avoid any extra date usage ? Sorry I am quite new to oversea travelling.

And if I activated while I am in Australia, which I would prefer in case of any issue activating while I am oversea. Will my phone start using the 5GB data from eSim or my current sim card.

    Please advise.

    Thank you

    • No that’s unnecessary. You just need to turn off data roaming of your current sim.
