novated leases are such a scam. They are OK if ur on a HIGH INCOME (if ur unsure look at the tax brackets). Watch out for the balloon payment at the end! Also, ensure the lease company doesn't simply 'do everything' because they will just go with whoever they get kick back from (insurance, servicing, tyres, etc), and will cost you more.
I actively encourage everyone to read the fine print, ask very pointed questions (that you think u already have the answer to) and have ur BS'o'meter set to HIGH.

we have this at work, but they only deal with 2 providers (Custom Fleet and someone else). Not sure whether they'd count at 2023 Hyundai as a new car given how old it would be when it comes off lease. In the past I've always asked our provider for a quote, then found a better deal myself and got them to finance it.
With BYDs and Tesla's, wonder why would anyone fork the Hyundai, even at this discounted price.
