    The gameplay in this one is quite unique due to the Emblem mechanic, some of the DLC trivializes the game though.

      agreed on the dlc. it's a questionable purchase. the dlc maps are really hard, but after unlocking all the bonus, the rest of the game is…. a joke.

      would recommend playing the game without dlc first and then consider dlc.

    Is this a good game for someone new into fire emblem?

    I have played Tokyo Mirage Encore which I quite like, though a lot of people said its very different from the usual FE games. Would like to try something similar.

      Tokyo Mirage is Fire Emblem in Megami Tensei/Persona style game. This is Fire Emblem in how it is usually played (strategy rpg like Final Fantasy Tactics)
