      Does that mean you can't claim the gift card unless you have a trade membership?

      Edit: Bunnings customer line confirmed you don't have to have a trade pass.

    Has anyone submitted the redemption and got a confirmation email? The terms say you should get a confirmation email on submission and a separate email when the gift card is confirmed.

      No confirmation email was received, but the web page showed that the submission was successful.

      But I did receive a confirmation email for the last event, and then a gift card in another email.

      No but i also didnt get a confirmation email. Also tried resubmitting and still no confirmation email. Called bunnings support who said they couldnt find the entry and to try resubmit. Tried using a different email and web browser and so far still no confirmation email even though form always said successful submission.
