    BWS closed today. Will there any issue to get the CB tracked? Some people have experience that the CB couldn't be tracked before their opening hour.

    Be careful with SB large cashback offers. I had issues in the past despite showing screen recording claims are not tracked by SB.

      Same issue for me. They declined it citing just generic terms saying I must have clicked a banner or something (I didn’t). I’d only take advantage of this if you were buying something anyway.

        Yea I did this through the app but the screen kept showing me a spinning wheel and never returned back but the order went through. I did not get a tracking confirmation, thought that would only happen once you pick the order. I’ve logged a request now, hopefully I’d get the $20 bucks back otherwise this is my last time using SB!!!

            Just a heads-up that once a missing Cashback claim is submitted, it gets sent to the merchant for review. No extra action needed from your end while it’s being looked at ✅ You’ll get an email update once it’s resolved.

              @gotyourback: Tried to submit a claim via the app and attach screenshots and the app just crashed.

              The app says no cashback was found when I’ve already provided you with evidence that it had. What the hell?

      Never had an issue with ShopBack, you likely didn’t follow the terms or had an extension that interfered which is pretty common.

        Nope. Used Shopback for other promos where I would have to use the in app browser, login and sometimes also verify my account using a code received by email and/or SMS and it tracked perfectly.

        Perhaps the issue here was that the pickup store was closed over the Easter break (as it was one within A Westfield mall), and they only sent a collection ready SMS and Email today - I then picked it up a couple of hours later.

        I don’t know. I’ve not had this issue with other retailers.

        I won’t be happy if I miss out on the 27.5% and 15% cashbacks because of a glitch on their side. I’ve got screenshots proving that cashback is activated during the purchase.

    I cannot pay with Apple Pay through the ShopBack app. It only gives PayPal and credit/debit cards as option on BWS site viewed through the app. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Wow the app is an unintelligible mess. Where do you find this? Is it a weekly booster?

      Why the heck does a rewards app have "discover". Just put your boosters in one spot. And why the heck does it have "shop". Just let a rewards app be a rewards app FFS.

      Mine has been confirmed despite cancelling my pickup order as it wasn't tracked then. One of my previous BWS cashbacks was also confirmed but I have not picked it up either.

      I purchased at 2:11am (2:41am EST) using the BWS website through the Shopback app. I did log in with my account, where I was forced to verify my account from an email code and SMS, but when I went back to the Shopback app, it still showed "Cashback Activated", but still no 27% tracking, or 15% bank bonus (used ApplePay and used my linked St. George card).

      I had major issues last time they did a BWS promo. I hope it's not going to be as difficult again. I have screenshots of the Cashback Activated and Purchase made through the Shopback app.

      Or is it not tracking until I collect it, which I can't do until Tuesday, as the store I selected is within a Westfield?

        Same with me. No tracking, which is not usual for me. I read that if the store is closed at the time of order it may not track, but not sure if this is a real issue. Order is confirmed and ready for pickup.

    Won't track for me. Only one cashback out of 5 BWS purchases tracked in the past month. Shopback customer service is also not what it used to be, no response in over 3 weeks since ilodged no cashback ticket. I've had no issues with Cashrewards. And the BWS website is so bad to navigate.
