$100 rrp for 1KG of protein, you have got to be kidding!!!

Only 82g of protein per 100g? My WPC from Bulk Nutrients has more… and I only pay $99 for 5kg…. In comparison to your equivalent $500 for 5kg….

edit: Also your tricarb is so overpriced it's not funny.. $99 for 1.5kg of waxywaize (carb), dextrose (technically counted as a carb, but really is sugar), Maltodextrin which is also a sugar.

This is OzBargain, not OzRip off……

I can make your Tricarb for about $20 and get like 3 or 4kg… but I wont

Interesting product.. i'm tempted, but i'll stick to protein direct WPC. Probably cheaper to make your own blend.

Uniquemuscle =$60/kg shipped (WPC, WPI, Casein blend) (with discount)
    proteindirect =$26.80/kg shipped (WPC)

You guys charge way too much for anything, seriously, you need to research A) Who your target market is B) The Competition pricing

  • +2

way too expensive for blended protein. Can get WPI and WPC from companies like no bull supplements or venom protein for below $30 per kilo

Discussion from nutritionist and MH Weight Loss Coach Alan Aragon (Found Here)

Alan says: There’s really no staggering difference in the performance of the popular types of protein on the market, no matter how desperately companies try to hype them up. With that said, dairy-based proteins such as whey, casein, or a blend of the two, are as good as it gets in terms of quality, and are fairly priced. Of the protein powders I’ve personally tried, I like AtLarge Nitrean, Gaspari Myofusion, and Dymatize Elite. I’ve heard good reviews of the quality and service of True Protein’s products as well. But yeah, the take home message is there’s really no significantly better type than the rest when it comes to the good stuff like whey and/or casein-based proteins. Even soy is a high-quality protein that performs almost as well as the animal-based stuff.

    • Try and put spin on it how ever you want to.

So your saying you sell the same quality of protein as BN and PD? But charge 5x for it? Makes sense…

I would like to see your evidence to make this claim "Fastest absorbing Protein that is digested immediately and taken into the bloodstream to feed exhausted muscles". Digested immediatly? I call BS.

Yes, your product is High in protein, but not as high as Bulk Nutrient's cheaper WPC, Please explain?

Tricarb, WOW…. So I have to buy your expensive overpriced protein, THEN buy your expensive overpriced sugar!!! I know bodybuilding and supplement industry has taken quite a few of us for a ride, and you are just hopping on that bandwagon… but dont pretend that this is a good deal.

Also, the reviews on your website are BS, obviously reps making them …..

    • How about replying to the comments rather than copy and pasting some non-scientific TRI-junk.

    • "Research has shown…" - citation needed

but on a basic arithmetic level- Hydrolised WPI is the most expensive ingredient, yet when you mix it with three cheaper ingredients you somehow end up with a per kg price that is double the price of the HWPI.. that doesn't compute (unless you have highly paid workers blending the ingredients by hand or something).

Oompa loompa do-ba-dee-doo I've got an amino acid for you!

  • Wow. And I thought Vitargo was an expensive carb supplement.

    • I can vouch for vitargo, its good stuff, I tell the difference from others.

Iv been training for years and can tell u one thing! Nothing's better than good old organic food! I haven't had a protein shake since I was 9 years old.

    • +1

You had a protein shake when you were 9?

I do agree about the food… people need to realise that these are just supplements… however, for the most of us, we sometimes can struggle to meet our regular daily protein needs and protein supplements can be very helpful then.

      • Yeh Iv pretty much done everthing body building related.. Retired now..

I can conclude food is the cheapest and healthiest way to go about it unless your about to compete on stage

      • +1

Honestly, I found that all the guys I used to train eventually became dependant on pre digested food "protein" as it seems the body forgets how to obsorbe normal food properly hence making u more dependant on protein powders

U prob won't find info like this anywhere. I'd keep a note of i were u.

        But only on ozbargain!

    • +5

From your picture it looks like all its done for you is given you a small head and huge shoulders.

      • Yes, that's about right right!
        Thanks for the compliment

        Haha

  • +2

    lol

  • lol indeed. Even if 50% off was your regular price, it would still be a complete rip.

  • No protein is worth $100 a kilogram, not even protein made from rare golden whey.

If someone is paying $50-100 a kilogram for protein, you dont even realize the lack of difference its making in your gainz.

    • +1

On a more positive note, when u go to the toilet, your shizers for the week will be valued @ $100.

      Bargain!!…

  • Where's your new year spirit? drop it to 90% off.

  • No.

  • Much cheaper protein powders around.

  • no deal
