it actually comes out to $15.
TAK10OFFTODAY applies in the cart. So it comes down to $15 after you apply RUN80 at checkout.

    • You jinxed it :/

      • Well, I keep my hopes high while keeping the expectations low, that way it hurts less when things don't work out! :P

    • +2

a new world record on how fast this was revoked 👌

    • +5

Would it make you feel better if they were $100? Do you think the children get a cut of the profits? Weird neg

    • +1

You say as you type furiously from a device that was likely produced (at least in part) in a factory in china.

      • -2

I try my best to buy devices that are built by adults. Adidas is notorious for utilising child labour. They are blatantly evil and don't care because you the consumer don't either. Vote with your wallet.

Would you want your child and all their friends to be in a factory rather than school?

        • By "built by adults" do you mean built in the factories that have suicide nets around them?

The alternative is everyone buys stuff elsewhere which we can't afford. Thus not just negatively impacting us, but also negatively impacting the people in the factories because they'll also be without jobs.

You aren't going to improve the working conditions for chinese workers by just not buying the products.

          • -2

@Originality: I have no issue with adults working to make my products. They are adults, they have a choice. They chose it.

Children do not have a choice. They are forced to work there no matter how you string it. The fact you think they are even close to being the same is mind blowing.

            • @Broden: Oh they have a choice.
Yeah sure. They have the choice between working and starving.
              Wonderful choice.

              You're ridiculously morally inconsistent.

Also, probably important to note that adidas factories are mostly, if not entirely adults. They're mostly women.

              • -2

                @Originality:

                You're ridiculously morally inconsistent.

That's hilarious and outright wrong. The fact is it isn't black and white. Yes these adults work so they don't starve (like most of the world) but it doesn’t excuse child labour. Just because poverty exists doesn’t make it acceptable to exploit children who should be in school, not working to survive. Their lack of choice is exactly why it’s morally indefensible.

                • +1

@Broden: So I assume you do a comprehensive research on every single item you buy heh?

  • Does this apply on any other shoe or elsewhere on their page?

  • My size is OOS. How bad could it be if I wear one size bigger?

    • +1

will you be running in them? if not, i think should be fine.

  • cheers was just after a beater pair for an upcoming trip.

    • +2

What beater watch you going to match with them?

      • +1

been considering getting an sd1953 in black on ss, otherwise just go sd1970 green on ss.

  • Anyone understand the sizing? My husband is UK 8/ US 9 = 27cm, but their chart says US 10?

    • i found out the hard way with nike recently, best to alway measure actual foot no matter the brand.

      • My husband’s at work so all I can do is try and return them after if no good haha

    • -1

Place the order and then figure it out. You can cancel

    • 27cm is usually a EU43 / UK9 / US10 across standard shoe sizing in my experience. Source: I am a UK9.

      • I was looking at his nike shoes that say 27cm but a UK 8. Oh well I’ve ordered the US 9 and we’ll see how we go 😂

  • +2

Fark, disppeared from my cart as it was OOS as I was processing

  • Cheers OP ;)

  • $15 buckeroo, couldn't go wrong I supposed…

  • -8

Ah missed really strange, 22 left in stock (10 size) suddenly finished. How disappointing! edit logging out & back in again working now 60 are left?

      • -5

They’ve sold me item & refund it within 20mins

        • +2

What do you want? A refund AND the shoes? eBay does not reserve stock if you have it in cart so they can oversell, very common.

          • @CodeXD: I was happy paying $15 annoying if over selling by 60 pairs…

  • +2

STOP IT! I now have 6 pairs I haven't worn yet due to various bargains. And yet I have to buy this to keep my ozbargain membership.

  • -1

ebay plus only. Thats a negative for me.

  • Glad I checked ozb. Cheers op 🤝

  • Thanks OP! Got one.

    • Probably someone who didn't have ebay plus.

  • Thanks OP, managed to get one.

  • -1

Thanks, bought size 13 for 15 bucks. Still haven't worn the ones from last deal. Cheers OP!

    • We must have been racing against each other, just before I could check-out it sold out for 13!

      • Sorry, mate. I thought about buying a discounted gift card for it, but then I remembered I missed out before after messing around.

  • Missed my size, no eBay plus anymore anyway.

    • New email, new account, new payment method and you get a trial. C'mon mate I thought you were a pro! It took me a minute and I got the shoes!

      • No size for me anyway when I saw the post

        • Fair enough and now we might get all refunded!

  • Hmm, its $50 - $30 from the code = $20 for me. My $5 ebay plus voucher won't work.

    TAK10OFFTODAY also not working

  • +1

    TAK10OFFTODAY not working for me

    • Me neither anymore

    • I think this code was pulled because they weren’t supposed to stack.

  • Are these good for a beginner runner?

    • +3

You might want to buy 1st, think later.

      • +1

That is the first OZB rule!

  • Codes no longer work.
Edit: just realised it’s for eBay plus.

  • Gone … OOS !

    • Found anything else interesting?

TAK10OFFTODAY no longer works. I have eBay Plus.

All Day I Despise Adidas Scams

      • +2

If it were a scam, you wouldn't have been refunded.

        • -3

It’s pretty scammy behaviour when cancelled

          • +3

            @iGrouch: Yeah, nah

          • +3

@iGrouch: the deal got over 6600 clicks - there was more orders than stock available. is this your first time on Ozbargain?

            • +1

@Hinee: Of course not, just is bad practise to not have set limit on stock they actually having for selling people.

              • +1

                @iGrouch: No shit.

It's just laughable to make multiple posts about it being a scam in response to receiving a full refund.

              • +1

@iGrouch: if a $15 out of stock item & refund hurts you this bad, you might get a heart attack if the item is $2000

                • -1

@payton: I actually don’t care, it just seems weak of them selling more than have. If any other stores done it sure people would be upset

                  • @iGrouch:

                    I actually don’t care

Yes I'm sure your 8 comments (and counting no doubt) reflects this reality. Move on.

  • +2

    Refunded $15

    • Why?

      • Only those that stacked codes got refunded?
